I am very disappointed about this surgery, took me 8 wks to get an appointment and I am at very high risk of infection etc.

The health visitors are fantastic, very approachable and helpful. I have had previous experience where personal records couldn't be retrieved and there was a lack of communication. Numerous unnecessary visits were made to solve the problem.

The system of appointments is diabolical. It only benefits people who have no work commitments or who knows they are about to be ill? What happens to the patients who use public phones? Public transport? Or cannot get into the surgery early morning?

Receptionist need to know the rules of when a repeat prescription is coming to an end that you after seeing a doctor or you can not get a repeat.
